NUT BUTTER POPSICLES
These Nut Butter Popsicles by @thenourishedchef taste like heaven! They made with simple, nutritious ingredients from us at Nuts About Life and have a balanced mix of protein, fruit, and fat.

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Canned Coconut Cream
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 4 Tbsp Nut Butter of your choice
CHOCOLATE COATING:
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- Sprinkle of Chopped Almonds
EQUIPMENT:
- Ice Popsicle Moulds
METHOD:
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the prepared popsicle moulds. Freeze for approximately 40 minutes and gently insert popsicle sticks.
3. Freeze until solid.
4. For the chocolate topping: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut oil and dark chocolate, stirring constantly until smooth. Allow to cool slightly before using.
5. Remove the popsicles from their moulds. Dip the popsicles into the chocolate, shaking any excess off. Working quickly, sprinkle chopped almonds immediately.
